The underground parking lacked clear signage and instructions, leaving us confused on arrival. Additionally, some carpet areas showed noticeable wear, which detracted from the otherwise pleasant room aesthetics.

Everything about this place was great, I mean it. The breakfast was unbelievable, so many choices, and I felt like royalty with those little treats they kept offering us throughout our stay.

Le Grand Balcon is ideally located near the Capitole, making it easy to access the city's attractions. My room, a Superior Double Room, was not only spacious but also very comfortable, featuring a kettle, bath, and shower – amenities not often found in continental hotels. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

Central location, super easy to find. My Superior Double Room had a comfy bed, Nespresso machine, and a nice shower. Staff were courteous and always ready to help. Breakfast featured fresh pastries and delicious orange juice. The Wi-Fi was perfect for streaming and remote work. Spa facilities are also available for a relaxing break.

Clean and spacious rooms made for a comfortable stay. The staff provided excellent service, allowing an early check-in that was much appreciated. While I opted for local cafes instead of the hotel breakfast, other guests seemed to enjoy the offerings, particularly the selection of cold meats. However, the soundproofing could be improved since some street noise was noticeable at times.

We had a lovely time exploring the area. The proximity to local bakeries and traditional eateries made breakfast a delight each morning. The room, although classic, defined comfort with plush bedding. Do try the nearby ice cream spot. it became our treat after long days of sightseeing!
